Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026 · Eye Helper for iPhone and iPad
Eye Helper (“the app”) is developed by dglfactor (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why. The short version: your exercises, statistics and reminder settings stay on your device; the app does not ask you to create an account; a few Google services receive technical data to keep the app working and free.
Information stored only on your device
- Which exercises you completed and when, your streaks and statistics.
- Reminder settings: working days, working hours, custom reminder times.
- App preferences such as vibration and language.
This information is not sent to us. Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. Deleting the app deletes this information.
Analytics and crash reports
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used (for example, which screens are opened and which exercises are started) and Firebase Crashlytics to receive reports when the app crashes. These services collect device and usage information such as device model, operating system version, app version, app instance identifiers and diagnostic data. They do not receive your name or contact details.
Advertising
To keep the app free, it shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads never interrupt an exercise.
- On iOS, the app asks for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow it, your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), approximate location, and data about how you use the app and interact with ads may be used for tracking: Google may link this data with data from other companies’ apps and websites to show you personalized ads and measure their performance. If you decline, ads are still shown, but the app does not track you and the advertising identifier is not used. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app shows Google’s consent form before personalized ads are used, and you can change your choice later.
- AdMob may process device information, IP address and ad interaction data. The IP address is used to estimate your approximate location (such as country or city) so that ads match your region; the app itself never asks for your precise location. Feedback you send
After a completed set, the app may ask whether you like it. If you choose to write what could be better and tap Send, the text you typed, together with the app version, the operating system version and the app language, is delivered to our private Telegram chat so we can read it. Do not include personal information you do not want to share. Telegram processes this message under its privacy policy.

We share data only with the services listed above and only for the purposes described in this policy. Each of them is bound by its own privacy terms, which provide the same or equal protection of your data as this policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Eye Helper is a general wellness app. It does not collect medical or health records, and the exercises are not a medical treatment.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through feedback, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Allow or deny tracking in iOS Settings; change ad consent where the consent form applies.
- Turn off notifications in the app or in iOS Settings.
- Delete the app to remove all data stored on your device.
- Ask us to access or delete feedback you sent, or ask any question about this policy, at eyehelper@dglfactor.tech.
Security and retention
Data sent to third-party services is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept according to their retention settings and policies. Feedback messages are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
