What does Doc Fill do?

It turns Word (.docx) templates into forms. You fill in the fields on your phone and get a ready .docx that you can share or open in any editor that supports the format.

What is AI auto-markup?

You upload a .docx, and the AI finds the places that need filling in and turns them into fields. You get a working template without writing a single tag. It needs an account, an internet connection and credits.

How much does auto-markup cost?

It depends on the size of the document. The app evaluates your file for free and shows the exact price in credits and your balance. Nothing is deducted until you tap Mark up.

What are the limits of the free version?

One template and up to 5 documents on it. Premium removes the limits and adds 100 credits a month and cloud sync.

Can I get a PDF?

Not yet. Doc Fill produces .docx files. Open the file in any app that supports the format, for example Microsoft Word, and export to PDF.

Where is my data stored?

Without an account everything stays on the device. With an account your templates and documents are stored under that account on our servers, over an encrypted connection, and are not shared with third parties or sold.

Does it work offline?

Documents you already have stay readable. Signing in, syncing, AI auto-markup and purchases need an internet connection.

Is a template legal advice?

No. Templates are documents, not legal advice. You are responsible for what goes into a document you create and send, so check anything that matters before you sign it.
