How do I restore Puddle Unlimited?
Open Puddle → Settings (the gear) → Restore Purchase, or tap Restore Purchase on the Puddle Unlimited screen. Use the Apple Account you bought it with. Family Sharing is included: members of your family group get it too.
How does the free limit work?
Puddle is free for up to five active subscriptions; free trials count as active, paused ones don’t. Puddle Unlimited removes the limit with a single purchase, about a cup of coffee. If you ever have more than five (for example after syncing), nothing is hidden or deleted; you just can’t add a sixth or resume one from pause.
I got a new iPhone. How do I move my list?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud on for Puddle (Settings → your name → iCloud). Install Puddle and your list arrives by itself in a minute or two. Puddle Unlimited comes back automatically; if it doesn’t, use Restore Purchase.
Reminders don’t arrive.
Check Settings → Notifications → Puddle on your iPhone. In Puddle, each subscription has its own reminder (1, 3 or 7 days before, or off), and Settings sets the time of day.
Where do exchange rates come from?
From open.er-api.com, updated daily. Without a connection Puddle uses the last rates it saved, so totals in other currencies are approximate (≈).
How do I send feedback?
In Puddle, open Settings → Write to the Developer, or email puddle@dglfactor.tech.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app to remove its data from your iPhone; delete the iCloud copy in the Settings app, under iCloud storage. More in the Privacy Policy.
